Reimagining Spaces – Brewster
NCW Libraries is excited to share the success of the newly refreshed Brewster Library with the public, the first complete branch in the Reimaging Spaces project. The branch features bright, colorful murals, comfortable furniture that serves a variety of needs, a better organized collection that results in an open and accessible floor plan, a quiet work area, and new staff workspaces.
As an added benefit to the community, the City of Brewster installed a new book drop, prepared a patio area in front of the building, and added a pergola covering for outdoor gatherings and programs.
We anticipate this new, vibrant spaces will serve the community well for years to come and excite new, creative opportunities for community connection.
