Don’t have an NCW Libraries card? Register for an eCard today!
Now, even though you can’t walk into one of our library branches and sign up for a library card, you can still enjoy a world of services and resources if you live or own property in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Ferry or Okanogan counties.
Register for an eCard today to access all of NCRL’s online resources including eBooks, eAudiobooks, digital newspapers and magazines as well as to stream tv shows, music, and movies. NCRL’s online resources also include language learning through Rosetta Stone, online classes through LinkedInLearning by Linda.com, digital access to newspapers including the New York Times, Seattle Times, and the Wenatchee World, and much more!
How to sign up for an eCard:
- Go to the log-in page on our website.
- Click on “Don’t have an account, register here” under the Login button to the right.
- Fill out the information requested, including an email address.
- You will then receive an email with a link to activate your new online account.
Anyone who is 14 years or older can register for an eCard.
When we reopen to the public, you can convert this card to one with full borrowing privileges by bringing a photo ID and proof of address to any of our library locations.
