Dr. Patrick Carrillo, Clinical Director for Outpatient Behavioral Health at Confluence Health, will offer strategies for dealing with the “winter blues” in a free virtual program hosted by NCW Libraries.
The program will be at 7 p.m. Oct. 19 and will be held through the Zoom digital meeting platform. Attendees will hear from Dr. Carrillo, a licensed psychologist, and then have the opportunity to ask questions through the chat features that Carrillo will answer live.
